Shipping Info: We use PosteItaliane (the national shipping service) for shipping and, for Italian shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been sent.

For the order to arrive at destination it will take about:
- 4 days for Italy
- 10-15 days for Europe
- 10-25 days for Extra-European Countries

We are not responsible for any damaged/lost order during the shipping.
Return Policy: If you need to return or change your order for any reason, we are here to help you!
We provide the opportunity to return and change items within 30 days starting from the order's reception. We can provide you with a different item or with a direct refund, covering the item's price only (shipping costs are excluded from the refund).

Please note that returned items has to be in their original conditions, we won't accept damaged or consumed items.
